How to Pre-Order or Reserve Your Products

Step 2: Contact Us with Your Request

Email us at info@cycleworldmiami.com with your list of desired products, or call us at (305) 221-2123. Mention where you’re coming from (e.g., Argentina, Colombia, Jamaica) so we can better assist you with any additional information or requirements.

Step 3: Receive Confirmation and Place Your Deposit

After confirming availability, we’ll send you an order summary. A deposit is required to secure your order:
For items under $100: 75% deposit
For items over $100: 50% deposit
Deposits are refundable only for non-special orders canceled within 24 hours.

Step 4: Pick Up Your Order in Miami

When you arrive, your products will be waiting for you! Just come to Cycle World Miami at 8476 SW 40th Street, Miami, Florida 33155 to pick up your order.

Special Orders: If we order a product specifically for you, it cannot be canceled once the order is placed.

Deposits for Special Orders: Please note that deposits on special orders are non-refundable, as these items are ordered specifically for you.
